• All prices are shown in GBP.
• We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product information, and to change prices at any time before you place an order.

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming we have received it. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance; a contract is formed only when we dispatch your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

Payment is taken at the time of ordering through our secure payment providers.

We offer free UK delivery on all orders. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Full details are available on our Delivery & Returns page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

We accept returns of unopened items within 14 days of delivery, in their original condition. Faulty or damaged items are covered by our 3 year warranty. Full details, including how to start a return, are on our Delivery & Returns page. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Our lighting kits come with a 3 year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

All content on this website - including text, images, logos, and designs - is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
